The French group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 2pm at a member’s home. The group is at present more suitable for ‘beginners’ or those wishing to polish up their rusty French – by going back over the basics to start, with an emphasis on listening, understanding and speaking. ‘Reculer pour mieux sauter!’ Short dialogues at the moment, working towards proper conversation.
