The French group meets usually 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 2pm in a member’s home. At present the group is more suitable for those wishing to use their ‘rusty’ French ( from O or A level or living in France). It is not suitable for beginners. We use a French website ( tv5monde.com) to follow videoclips, make sure we understand what they are talking about (!) and follow a variety of exercises based on the clip. A wide range of subject matter. Most of our conversation is in French!
